Assemble all of the required documentation that is requested in the “Screening Criteria Disclosure” application form.
Fill out the Rental application and the Screening Criteria Disclosure forms. Sign & date them.
Scanned or photographed images of the applications and required documentation are acceptable if converted to a .jpg or pdf format.
Attach the forms and other required documentation in an email to properties@baxter-loehr.com.
We will review applications on a first come first served bases. You will be contacted with further instructions.
Application fee is $50.00 per application and there is a $24.95 charge for each person on the lease for the background screening.
DO NOT fill in your Social Security Number! You will provide that information with the background & screening process.
